Building From Experience, Not Theory
Our founder spent twelve years in corporate HR before realizing something crucial: most career advice assumes everyone starts from the same place. They don't. A parent returning to work needs different support than a recent graduate. Someone in Chur faces different challenges than someone in Geneva.
We started teaching small workshops in 2020, right when the world turned upside down. Those early sessions taught us more than any textbook could — people need flexible paths, not rigid programs. They need honest timelines, not hype. And they definitely need support that acknowledges life exists outside career ambitions.
By 2022, we'd helped about fifty people navigate career shifts. Some took six months. Others needed two years. That variance became our philosophy: career development works on human timelines, not marketing schedules. Our autumn 2025 cohort reflects this — designed for people who can commit to growth but need realistic pacing.
